  • [H2] Eine Shiatsu-Behandlung dauert mit dem therapeutischen Vorgespräch ungefähr eine Stunde.  Shiatsu kann akut und einmalig eingesetzt werden. Die prozessbegleitende Wirkungsweise entfaltet sich am besten in einer Behandlungsserie à 5-10 Sitzungen mit jeweils 1-2 Wochenabständen dazwischen.   Traditionnell findet die Behandlung bekleidet auf einem Futon am Boden statt. Dafür bitte lange, bequeme Kleidung und frische Socken, wenn möglich aus Naturmaterialien mitbringen. Ich spreche Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
