After a stint in the pharma world and raising three gems, I flipped the script in 2015, diving headfirst into my passion. Two transformative years of Viticulture and Enology studies at Changins the mecca of Swiss vine and wine education, fueled this journey of heart and wine. In 2019, I intricately united 1000 meticulously chosen Completer buds with old Chasselas vines, envisioning a harvest that could yield 1000 exclusive bottles. With precision, we handpick grapes from a unique micro-vineyard, resulting in a spectrum from 0 whispers (due to frosty 2021) to a bountiful 530 liters in 2023.
