To deepen my passion for laughter and its transformative power, I completed a Laughing Yoga Animator Course, which allows me to share joy and positivity with others through this unique and uplifting practice. After 18 years working in supply chain management with three international companies, I realized I wasn’t living my true purpose. Around the same time, I faced and healed from cancer, an experience that profoundly shifted my focus toward the body’s natural ability to rejuvenate and heal. This journey led me to complete a Basic Ayurveda Course, where I gained valuable insights into how proper nutrition and daily rhythms support well-being, as well as a 200-hour Ayuyoga Teacher Training Course. My passion for natural beauty inspired me to study a range of anti-aging and healing face massage techniques, including Kobido, Zoga Face Integration with Transbuccal Massage, Flow with Vacuum Cupping and Belly Massage, Face Lymphatic Drainage and on more therapeutic site Face Reflexology. These treatments not only enhance physical beauty but also offer deep relaxation, body rebalancing and help clients reconnect with themselves. Committed to a holistic approach, I completed a Coaching Course, expanding into life and well-being coaching to guide clients through personal and transformational challenges. My coaching focuses on helping individuals build stress resilience, create balance in life, and rediscover their purpose and joy. Having personally experienced the challenges of illness, I offer empathetic support to clients navigating difficult times, empowering them to develop resilience and embrace meaningful change. When combined with massages such as face reflexology, this coaching becomes a powerful tool for healing and transformation. During warmer months, I offer outdoor services such as Face Reflexology, Face Yoga and Coaching, where the connection with nature enhances the rejuvenating and grounding experience. I also lead Face Yoga sessions, a wonderful way to boost beauty and well-being. Whether enjoyed as a group activity with friends, family, or colleagues, or as an intimate, individual journey of self-care, these sessions are designed to leave participants feeling refreshed and empowered. Outside of my work, I find joy and inspiration in nature. I have a passion for mountains throughout the year, enjoying trekking, via ferrata, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and climbing. While my knee injury has temporarily paused snowboarding and climbing, I am confident I’ll return to them soon. I have also been passionate about horses and horseback riding for over 30 years. My horse, Ganges, now retired and living in Poland, remains healthy and enjoys life, just as I strive to do every day. At home, I am accompanied by my cat, Marian - a true "cat princess" - who often observes my work with regal curiosity to ensure I’m doing it well. Drawing from my corporate background, I understand the pressures of the workplace and provide tailored Corporate Wellness Programs to help employees improve resilience, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. At Joy of Beauty, my approach is centered on real presence, an open heart, positivity, and motivation.
