- [H3] Seit der ersten «Runde» im legendären «Al Bustan» zum Nahen Osten war das mehrtägige Diskussionsforum an den verschiedensten Orten zu Gast: Von Doha, Kiew, Tiblissi, Nicosia, Athen und Dublin über Thessaloniki, Wien, Istanbul, Montreux und zuletzt Riga - überall gewannen die Teilnehmenden einmalige Einblicke ins Weltgeschehen und die jeweilige Region. Bei gemeinsamen Diskussionen im Plenum ebenso wie bei vertiefenden Exkursionen und Aktivitäten vor Ort.
- [H3] 2026 gastiert «Die Runde» in der Schweiz. Mit «Das Ende (unserer) regelbasierten Welt» steht ein Thema mit geopolitischen, wirtschaftlichen und innenpolitischen Dimensionen im Fokus. Zu viel Gesprächsstoff für ein einziges Treffen. Deshalb findet «Die Runde» 2026 gleich drei Mal statt. «Das Ende des Nahen Ostens - denken über friedliche Lösungen» lautet der Titel der ersten Runde vom 30./31. Januar. Die Runde vom 6./7. März widmet sich der Frage, wie sich die Schweiz positioniert in der neuen, globalen Wirtschaft. Die abschliessende Runde vom 26. bis 29. August fasst das Ganze unter dem Titel «Das Ende einer regelbasierten Welt» zusammen.
