- [H3] They exist - worlds that none of us has ever entered, because they spring from our imagination. My personal fantasy world is Noetopia. A universe populated by creatures of the most diverse kinds.
- [H3] I founded Noetopia on December 26, 2014. Two days before we had celebrated Christmas and under the Christmas tree there were several small packages with my name on them. At first, I was disappointed - the packages were so small. But when I unwrapped them, I was thrilled: they were Skylanders and Pokemon figures! In the post-Christmas gaming frenzy, these figures inspired me to create new, completely unique creatures of my own. I could hardly stop: In a first batch, there were 153 of them - all very different characters. I spent weeks drawing, painting, crafting, and sculpting. In creating these early characters, I was inspired by virtual creatures or objects that I reinterpreted. Sometimes I gave them a name that suited the character. I'm still creating figures today - hundreds more have been added since then. Style and technique have evolved, of course, but each character is still unique and has its own unique expression.
